The menu changes frequently depending on availability of seasonal products. There is a full bar, with an extensive wine list, mostly from smaller less known wineries. It has an established a loyal clientele as the premier restaurant in the region.”

Why a Bistro?
Oxford dictionary defines a bistro as “a small, relatively simple restaurant, especially one offering French or French-style food in a relaxed setting.”
Traditionally, a bistro is a family affair, with the spouses divided between the Front of the House and the Kitchen. We’ve expanded our family to include our staff as well as our guests.
