Our Story

Serving the Sandhills Community since 1998.

“Warren’s Bistro is designed after a turn of the century French bistro.  An open kitchen gives diners the opportunity to watch the chef at work while an accommodating and friendly staff treats all equally.  The menu changes frequently depending on availability of seasonal products.  There is a full bar, with an extensive wine list, mostly from smaller less known wineries.  It has an established a loyal clientele as the premier restaurant in the region.”

Why a Bistro?

Oxford dictionary defines a bistro as “a small, relatively simple restaurant, especially one offering French or French-style food in a relaxed setting.”

Traditionally, a bistro is a family affair, with the spouses divided between the Front of the House and the Kitchen. We’ve expanded our family to include our staff as well as our guests.
