Marianne's Bartending Classes
So you've had a great cocktail in a restaurant and always wanted to know how to recreate it at home...
- Marianne has designed a series of bartending classes to cover these questions.
- Classes will be held on the first Saturday of each month at Chef Warren's at 2PM and will last approximately an hour and a half (this will be a fun and social class).
- Warren will provide light snacks to keep us from getting too tipsy.
- Cost: $20 per person per class. Reservations required.
Schedule:
February 6: Champagne and sparkling wine based cocktails - from classics such as the Bellini to new creations like the French Kiss.
March 6: Mojitos. Need I say more?
April 10 (because of Easter): "The Long and Short of It" - Old school classics - martinis, manhattans, old fashioned and gimlet.
May 1: Tequila! (in preparation for Cinco de Mayo) - the perfect margarita, tequila sunrise and more!
